Selected for the Kitzbühel Film Festival Screenwriting Residency 2026

I'm very happy and grateful to share that my animated feature project DACHHASE (Rabbit, They Said) has been selected for the 2026 Kitzbühel Film Festival Screenwriting Residency. Over the course of three weeks, a small group of selected screenwriters will further develop their projects together with mentors and industry experts.

This selection is especially meaningful to me, as the Kitzbühel Screenwriting Residency was the very first place I submitted DACHHASE. Having the project selected with its very first submission feels incredibly encouraging and gives me great confidence for the journey ahead.

I'm looking forward to continuing the development of the screenplay together with director Santiago López Jover, art director José Luis Ágreda, dramaturg Evi Romen, and Soleil Film, while also meeting inspiring fellow filmmakers and writers.

A heartfelt thank you to the jury, Markus Mörth, Sebastian Andrae, Larissa, and the entire Kitzbühel team for their trust, support and warm welcome. I'm excited for August!
